เมื่อวันที่ 22 มกราคม 2568 กรมสนธิสัญญาและกฎหมายร่วมกับสถาบันวิจัยเพื่อการลดอาวุธแห่งสหประชาชาติ (United Nations Institute for Disarmament Research: UNIDIR) ร่วมจัดการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการในประเด็นการตีความและปรับใช้กฎหมายระหว่างประเทศในมิติไซเบอร์ สำหรับหน่วยงานของไทย ณ วิเทศสโมสร กระทรวงการต่างประเทศ

นายชาลี กาญจนกุญชร ผู้อำนวยการกองกฎหมาย กรมสนธิสัญญาและกฎหมาย ร่วมกับนาย Giacomo Persi Paoli, Head of Security and Technology Programme, United Nations Institute for Disarmament Research ได้กล่าวต้อนรับผู้เข้าร่วม พร้อมเน้นย้ำถึงความสำคัญของการสร้างความเข้าใจที่ตรงกันระหว่างหน่วยงานของไทยในประเด็นกฎหมายระหว่างประเทศในมิติไซเบอร์ และความสำคัญของการกำหนดท่าทีประเทศในเรื่องดังกล่าว โดยมีผู้แทนจากสำนักงานอัยการสูงสุด สำนักงานคณะกรรมการกฤษฎีกา สำนักงานสภาความมั่นคงแห่งชาติ สำนักงานคณะกรรมการการรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัยไซเบอร์แห่งชาติ สำนักงานคณะกรรมการกิจการกระจายเสียง กิจการโทรทัศน์ และโทรคมนาคมแห่งชาติ กระทรวงคมนาคม กระทรวงพลังงาน กระทรวงสาธารณสุข ธนาคารแห่งประเทศ สำนักงาน ก.ล.ต. สำนักงานพัฒนารัฐบาลดิจิทัล (องค์การมหาชน) กรมพระธรรมนูญ กรมเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและอวกาศกลาโหม กองทัพบก กองทัพอากาศ และกองทัพเรือ เข้าร่วมการประชุมฯ

On January 22, 2025, the Department of Treaties and Legal Affairs, in collaboration with the United Nations Institute for Disarmament Research (UNIDIR), held a workshop on the interpretation and application of international law in cyberspace for Thai agencies at Vithes Samosorn, Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Mr. Charlie Garnjana-Goonchorn, Director of Legal Affairs Division, Department of Treaties and Legal Affairs, together with Mr. Giacomo Persi Paoli, Head of the Security and Technology Programme, United Nations Institute for Disarmament Research, welcomed the participants emphasizing the importance of creating mutual understanding among Thai agencies on the application of international law in cyberspace and the significance of establishing the national position on this matter. The workshop was successfully accomplished with valuable discussions among Thai agencies, namely Office of the Attorney General, Office of the Council of State, Office of the National Security Council, National Cyber Security Agency, Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Energy, Digital Government Development Agency, Office of The National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission, Bank of Thailand, The Securities and Exchange Commission, The Judge Advocate General's Department, Defence Information and Space Technology Department, Ministry of Defence, Royal Thai Air Force, Royal Thai Army and Royal Thai Navy.
